Four British family members died in a car accident while they were on vacation in Portugal.

Thetford Town Youth Football Club paid homage to the family in a Facebook post, confirming the twins played for the team.

“Thetford Town football club wants to give a sincere condolence to the Serrano family and the local Portuguese community after the new tragedy while on vacation,” he said.

“Afonso and [Domingos] Both of them are an integral part of our U18 team in recent years, the two siblings are sadly dead in Portugal with their parents and friends in a tragic car accident.

“Losing this beautiful family will leave a large void in the local community.”
