Galatasaray revive interest in Super Eagles Star

Galatasaray is on the market for a midfielder, particularly one with the profile of a deep midfielder.

The Turkish champions had Thomas Party, Ilkay Gündogan, and more recently Yves Bissouma in their short list, but nothing materialized.

Galatasaray had conversations with Tottenham for Bissouma, and the reports suggested that both clubs reached an agreement for the Mali International, but the agreement fell for concerns about their physical condition.

According to the main Turkish journalist, Yagiz Sabuncuoglu Galatasaray has now focused his attention on Raphael Onyedika in Nigeria, a player they were previously linked to the window.

Onyedika has been linked to a move from the Brugge club since last summer, with Tottenham, Everton, AC Milan and Juventus, all interested.

It is still a key part of the Brugge Club project, with chief coach Nicky have considered it a crucial part of its configuration.

The 24 -year -old has excellent physical attributes, a strong ball game technique that allows him to excel as a defensive midfielder and also operates centrally when necessary.

Onyedika has impressive levels of physical condition, since it is almost always available, since only seven Games for Club Brugge has been lost due to an injury.

Since he joined the Belgian club in 2022, Onyedika has made 150 appearances, scoring six goals and providing five assists.
