Gasperini admits that Lookman was replaced by error against Lazio

Gian Piero Gasperini confirms that Adela Lookman was replaced due to a misunderstanding against Lazio.

He suffered a loss of 1-0 at home against Lazio on Sunday. In the second half, striker Star Lookman was mistakenly attributed, causing confusion.
