NUC approves additional postgraduate programmes for Glorious Vision University.
Following a visit by the National Universities Commission (NUC) Means Verification Teams to Glorious Vision University on July 11, 2024, the Commission approved the establishment of six full-time postgraduate programmes on September 6, 2024. These programmes will be offered at the universityβs main campus from the 2024/2025 academic session, which begins in October 2024.
The newly approved programmes include: M.Phil and Ph.D. in Accounting; M.Phil and Ph.D. in Business Administration; M.Phil and Ph.D. in Economics; MA and Ph.D. in English Language; Ph.D. in History and Diplomatic Studies; and PGD, MA and Ph.D. in Philosophy.
This development represents a significant step forward for Glorious Vision University, in line with the commitment of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ezekiel Asemah, to maintaining the university’s progressive trajectory.
