Gov Alia continued the list of Candidates for Commissioners to the Benue Council

The Governor of the State of Benue, Hyacinth Alia, has submitted the first collection of commissioners to the State Council Council for filtering and confirmation.

Press Secretary Head of the Governor, Mr. Tersoo Kula, revealed this in a statement on Friday in Makurdi.

He said the principal’s decision to continue the list to the DPR was in line with the constitution.

Governor Alia on Wednesday fired all 17 commissioners and his chief of staff.

Kula registered a collection of the first commissioner nominations to enter Theresa Odachi, Dr. Benjamin Ashaver, Dr. Margaret is your, and Dr. Peter Oboh.

Others are Dr. Yangien Timothy, Mr. Denis Yaighgba, Mr. James Dwem and Dr. Paul Ogwuche.

He added that the second nomination collection would be forwarded to the assembly in a matter of days.
