On Tuesday, an Ikeja sexual crime and a court of domestic violence in the state of Lagos sentenced a 22 -year -old graduate, Femi Ayoade, to life imprisonment for having contacted a four -year -old girl inside a tricycle.

The Nigerian news agency reports that judge inhalan Soladoye has established that the accusation has shown the charge of contamination without reasonable doubts.

Soladoye described Ayoade as a “criminally daring man who transformed the vagina of a child into a playground.

“It is really a shameless act.

“The accusation successfully presented convincing evidence against the accused.

“Consequently, the defendant is considered guilty of the accusation of contamination and is sentenced to life imprisonment.”

The judge also ordered that the name of the prisoner was included in the register of sexual crimes of the state of Lagos.

Nan reports that the state consultant, Olufunke Alebiosu, presented two witnesses during the trial: the survivor and his father, while the prisoner testified as the only defense witness.

The accusation claimed that the prisoner committed the crime in September 2021 around 11:10 at about 19 years, Milestone Close, Infinity Summer, Skido Bus Stop, Eti-ASA, Lagos.

According to the prosecutor, the crime violates section 137 of the criminal law, chapter C17, volume 3, laws of the state of Lagos, 2015.
