Gunmen Abduct Plateau Leartmaker – Blueprint Newspapers Limited

Armed men have kidnapped Laven Jacob, the legislator representing the Pandshin electoral college in the Plateau State of Assembly.

The accident occurred on Monday evening in his residence in the Angwan Kaji area in Dong, in the northern local government area, when the legislator was returning home.

Two tight collaborators – an ex -helper of his time as vice -president of the local government of Pankshin and member of the staff of the state assembly – confirmed the kidnapping on condition of anonymity. They said the kidnappers stretched an ambush to Jacob at the entrance of his house and took him away.

The spokesperson for the State Police Command of the Plateau, Alfred Alabo, also confirmed the accident.

“The command received a report on 09/22/2025 according to which a Danti Laven Jacob was intercepted by unknown thugs while driving at home around 20:00 and kidnapped in an unknown destination. Upon receipt of the relationship, the division policeman in charge of Rantya Division and the officer in office, the anti-kos unit was mobilized to the scene and are currently penetrating the saving scene.

The police commissioner, Emmanuel Adhesina, ordered the deployment of tactical and division officers throughout the Metropolis to ensure Jacob’s safe rescue.
