HAPPET OKPOBUL GROUPS FOR THE REMOLIZATION OF THE NBM Secretariat in Benin

A group, South-South Professionals & Transparency Initiative (SSPTI), reproached the governor on Monday Okpebholo, of the Edo State, for the demolition of the multipurpose secretarial complex built in an estimate of N1.2B belonging to the Neo-Nero movement (NBM) of Africa in Benin for alleged war against criminal elements in the state.

The body that made a blow to the action of the Governor Okpebholo, in a declaration signed by its president, dr. Ugochukwu Alozie, described the decision as avengence and scandalous, considering the fact that there was nothing incriminating or illegal that had been reported or said that he had been associated with the building.

Sspti then invited the members of the Neo-Nero Movement (NBM) of Africa, to explore all the legal means available in the search for compensation from the government of the Edo State for the fragrant demonstration of the abusive power of the authority by the governor Okpebholo, noting that through a court of the competent jurisdiction he can be sure to obtain justice that would have composed the government to pay this action without meaning.

It would be remembered that the governor Okpebholo on Monday yesterday morning led his team to destroy a hiding place perceived of criminals in the state, including a place that the military had saved some kidnapped victims that were held against their desire to learn fraud on the internet and other crimes.

It was underway that the governor led his team and the security agents to the NBM multiple national secretariat located at OBA Ewuare LL Cultural Center n. 7 Arena Way Amagba, in the heart of Benin City and ordered the demolition of the structure based on the basis of an unfounded and imaginary explanation that was used how to hide criminals.

The NBM Multiuse National Secretariat, estimated, has a cost higher than N1.5B, consisting of a 2,000-to-heart hall at the cutting-edge used as a center of events, a center for the acquisition of skills to help train and prepare young people to be self-sufficient and self-employed, as well as 20 accommodation for the taste chamber.

According to the SSPTI declaration; “We have dedicated time to investigate the remote case of the governor’s action and we realized that the governor Okpebholo did what he did to establish the score with prominent members of the Democratic Party People (PDP) who are perceived as members of the NBM of Africa.

“Obviously, there is no smoke without fire in this singular action of the Governor of the State and it is only about politics and the desire to weaken the opposition in the state of Edo in view of his offer of the second term.

“Our Gallo Governor’s Gallo is that he was unable to bring the battle to the individual homes of these perceived political opponents, but rather preferred to trigger the act of oppression against a collective body that did not hurt him or disturbed his government in any way.

“We also have with a good authority that the members of the NBM of Africa have recently carried out some corporate social responsibilities (CRS) in 12 secondary and primary schools in the Edo State, where they donated furniture, writing materials, desks and seats to selected government schools to help the poor students and students to settle in serious academic sessions, as part of returning society.

“This is the same series of people that the governor has decided to demolish all their buildings because he also wanted to obtain with some political opponents perceived in the state.

“Consequently, we want the members of the NBM of Africa to proceed in court in order to obtain justice on the governor on Monday Okpebholo High Hysedness and the use arbitrarily of power to oppress a group whose members proved to be responsible and cultivated in society”.
