Houthi Yemen rebels have raided the UN office and arrested several people, said officials.

This group has tightened security throughout the capital, Sanaa, after their prime minister killed in an Israeli attack on Thursday.

Sunday raids are the latest in the long run Houthi Hard action against UN and other international organizations that work in the rebel -controlled field Yemen.

The offices of the Food, Health, and United Nations Children’s Institutions were raided on Sundays, according to officials.

Ammar Ammar, a spokesman for UNICEF, said that a number of agency staff were detained, and the agency was looking for more information from Houthi.

The media report has suggested that 11 UN workers are detained.

Houthi has been controlling most of Yemen’s Northwestern since 2014 after forcing an internationally recognized government and starting a civil war.

They are supported by Iran and have made repeated strikes on shipping in the Red Sea and Israel.

Sunday events came after the rebel minister Ahmed Al Rahawi and a number of other ministers were killed on Thursday, according to Houthi.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said that on Friday it had “made a significant strike on the strategic target of the Houthi terror regime in Yemen”.
