I can’t wait for Rodri to return -guardiola

Manchester City administrator, Pep Guardiola, says he can’t wait to see Rodri back on the playing field.

After recovering from LCA surgery in August, Rodri returned to training last week.

Talking to the club’s website, Guardiola declared that he is delighted to have Rodri back.

“Fans should know that they are not the only one excited,” Guardiola said.

“(Rodri) came out five or six months after the international rest, but one step at the same time. We don’t have to make stupid decisions.

“It’s good, but it’s not so close to return. He is touching the ball and back in the locker room.

“He feels safer and happier. I couldn’t wait before that before the end of the season in the Premier League and maybe it will help us. ”

When asked if Rodri could play in the FA Cup final if the city arrives in Wembley, Guardiola replied: “(We are in the quarterfinals), we’ll see.

“We have to deserve to be in the final.
