I feel relieved to put an end to my drought with goals from 18 games

The Chelsea star, Cole Palmer, has expressed her delight to have finished her three-month drought in the 3-1 victory of the blues over Liverpool on Sunday.

The England’s international scored a penalty of 95 minutes to ensure three crucial points for Chelsea, since they took an important step towards the qualification for the next season champions.

Talking to the Club’s website, Palmer, who scored for the last time for Chelsea in his 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on January 14, 2025, says he is happy to finally finished his drought of 18 games goals.

“I felt normal. S, it happens … sorry for my language! I was three months without scoring, but I only fight and motivate me to do more for me and the team.

“Social networks today are full of idiots, trolls and whatever. I do not pay attention to that.

“I’ve scored today, and I’m happy, but it’s just one, and I have to keep improving and try to reach new levels.”
