Italy declares 5 days of mourning for Pope Francis

The Italian government has declared five days of national mourning after Pope Francis’s death.

Argentine pope died at the age of 88 on Monday.

The flag in front of public buildings flew in half the pole.

Strict security steps are in the Capital of Italy ahead of the funeral and funeral service on Saturday.

High -level occupants from all over the world are expected to be present.

At his request, Francis will be buried in Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

The papal basilika is located near Rome’s main train station, a few kilometers from the Vatican.
