The midfielder of Super Eagles, Alex Iwobi, made history, becoming the first Nigerian player to register at least 30 goals and 30 assists in the Premier League.
The 28-year-old milestone in Fulham’s 3-2 victory over Liverpool in Craven Cottage.
Iwobi offered an outstanding performance, scoring Fulham’s second goal in the 32nd minute, his eighth of the season, before converting the supplier only five minutes later.
He went to Rodrigo Muniz to put the 3-1, limiting a dominant exhibition in the first half.
The former Arsenal and Everton midfielder was later replaced in the 82nd minute after playing a crucial role on the side of Marco Silva, ensuring the three points.
Beyond the personal milestone, Iwobi’s brilliance helped Fulham upload to eighth place in the Premier League classification, maintaining lives their few hopes of European qualification.

Bassey played a key role in the limitation of the impact of Mohamed Salah’s attack and Liverpool, showing his physical presence and a better ball -game capacity.
The former Manchester City goalkeeper Shay, Ded was full of praise for Bassey, making him become one of the best defenders in the world.
“He was becoming Johan Cruyff,” he said in the BBC. “I don’t know where he gets energy, it’s strong and enjoys his football. Marco Silva knows that he has a superior player.”
