Iwuala scores in third consecutive match for Al Arabi

Nigerian striker Anayo Iwuala scored for Al Arabi as they beat Al Qadsia 2-1 in Kuwait’s top flight on Wednesday.

Iwuala has scored a goal in each of his last three league games for Al Arabi.

He opened the scoring to put Al Arabi ahead 1-0 and secure their third consecutive victory after three league games.

Al Arabi sits top of the league table with nine points and is just three points ahead of second-placed Kuwait SC in the 10-team standings.

Iwuala joined Al Arabi from Esperance in 2023 and spent the 2022/23 season on loan at CR Belouizdad, scoring four goals in 23 appearances.
