Jonathan rejected Keyamo, Odinkalu for the feasibility debate

Former President of Goodluck Jonathan has rejected criticism from the Minister of the Airline, Festus Keyamo (SAN), and human rights lawyers, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu, who has warned that the 2027 presidential offer who speculated will face constitutional obstacles.

Keyamo and Odinkalu have warned the Democratic People’s Party (PDP) for their ticket offer, insisting that two previous expletives as president can disqualify him from other efforts.

Reacting through his brother, Azibaola Robert, Jonathan pushed firmly, emphasizing that his feasibility was not in doubt and warned both of them from offering to offer uncomfortable advice.

Robert, in a statement shared on his verified Facebook page on Monday, wrote: “Dear Festus Keyamo (San), Chidi Odinkalu (Prof.), I greet you both. For the record, the three of us are lawyers. We are all pro-democracy activists in the 90s, and I am a better activist.

“Rule No. 1: Do not offer legal advice where nothing is asked. Gej (PDP) has a lot, more brains, more experienced Sans who will give him a healthy professional law advice and not disabled.

“Please note: the 100% gej constitutionally and the law qualifies to compete, if he chooses to. If he decides not to give up on an extraordinary call to run, it is not because he does not meet the requirements.

“Your legal view that is not asked is not a problem with him and will never. Don’t waste your valuable time for this.

“Or should I schedule a meeting so that you can be properly educated about the abundant court assessment of this problem – one of them your party, APC, is a party?”

Robert then added, with a lighter record: “This is not confirmation that gej goes.”

Although Jonathan himself has not officially announced his intention for 2027, the debate about the potential for nomination has increased. Critics argue that every comeback offer might make it difficult for southern opportunities to maintain power, while supporters continue to increase pressure on him to run.

For now, uncertainty is inherent about whether the former president will step into the race, but the possibility of returning has formed a discussion about zoning, succession, and the legal framework of Nigeria’s democratic before the 2027 election.
