Super Eagles handler Jose Peseiro has revealed why the duo of Ojo Olorunleke and Adeleke Adeleye are absence from the team’s training camp in Portugal.
Peseiro stated that Adeleye could not make it to Portugal due to the ongoing crisis in Israel, while Olorunleke is struggling to optain his visa.
The absence of two Goalkeepers forced Peseiro to extend late invitation to out of favor Maduka Okoye of Udinese.
”Some problems happened about visa and for Adeleye it’s about what’s going on where he is.
“We don’t know if he would still come and that was the reason we invited Maduka.“
With the players certainly ruled out of Friday’s encounter against Saudi Arabia, Peseiro however leaves the door open for the shot-stopers ahead of the second game against Mozambique.
“We have Uzoho and Maduka and if Ojo and Adeleye eventually come no problem because it will give us the chance to check them.” He concluded.
