Judge Regulations against Kanye West on the Dispute of the ‘Donda’ track, sentenced expensive sentences

The US court has ordered the American rapper and producer Kanye West to pay a large legal cost after a lawsuit that accused copyright violations in two songs from his album 2021, Donda.

According to a court lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by Artist Revenue Advocates, LLC, a hip-hop artist is blamed for the use of the composition of other unauthorized artists.

The Plaintiff claims that the West and his crew deliberately enter the content without the required consent, using the tone displayed in Donda as the focal point of the argument.

The court submission shows that although Kanye West gave the Plaintiff’s credit as a composer and producer, he had never received permission to use the song, which they claimed carried at least $ 15 million.

Kanye West and his company have now been ordered by a federal judge in the city of Los Angeles to pay $ 52,015 in legal costs related to copyright disputes over his album, Donda.

The cost order is part of a broader lawsuit that remains active in the federal court. This case, which was proposed in 2023, can determine whether the West and the company is responsible for copyright violations related to two tracks.
