The Kogi State Judial Service Commission (JSC) ordered the mandatory retreat of Alemeru Adekunle Bamidele, a judge in the Court of the State.
The Secretary of the Commission, Tanko Muhammed, declared him at the end of the 136th meeting of the commission held in Lokoja.
