Kogi Jsc retired, suspends the magistrate

The Kogi State Judial Service Commission (JSC) ordered the mandatory retreat of Alemeru Adekunle Bamidele, a judge in the Court of the State.

It was assumed that the judge had purchased a building, the amount of dispute before him, after ordering the sale of the same and had refused to make the complete payment for the property.

The magistrate Tanimu Muhammed was also suspended from the execution of judicial roles for a period of two years and also to be released a warning letter.

He was accused of having issued an order of the court without listening to the parties.

Various accusations leveled against other officers were found without foundation and the officers who include the magistrate Abdul Musa Mopah, Yunusa Medugu, Deborah Epitome and Anuhi Safiya OIZAWERE have exonerated the commission.

The Secretary of the Commission revealed that a commission of six men was made up of the Commission to examine the possibility of improving the well -being of the magistrates and judges of the area of ​​the area.

The Committee was led by the Prosecutor General and Commissioner for State Justice, Muizudeen Abdullah.
