Lag LG election: Tinubu, Fashola absent in the electoral units

President Bola Tinubu was absent in his election unit 002, Ward F, Domenica Adigun/Kaffi Street, Alausa, Ikeja, during the elections of the local government in the state.

The Nigeria (NAN) news agency reports that 1,389 voters have been recorded at the electoral unit of Tinubu.

Nan also reports that only 215 voters expressed their votes for unit.

The votes began at 10:00 with accreditation and vote performed simultaneously and the vote ended at 15:00

In addition, a former governor of the State of Lagos, Babunde Fashola (San), was absent in his electoral unity, to vote for the candidates (APC) of his party for the elections of the presidency and the councilor.

Fashola, who was foreseen at the electoral unit with his wife, Mrs. Abimbola Fashola, was not seen during the elections, which started at 8.00 and ended at 15.00

The journalists, who waited for the former minister of power, the works and the houses, from 8.19 when the unit’s elections started, left for other places after hours of waiting, while some remained until the end of the possibility that it would arrive.

The news agency of Nigeria (Nan) reports that the vote for the presidency and elections of the councilor in the electoral unit 002, at the State Junior Grammar School (Special), Italo Street, Eric Moore, Surulere, began at 8.19, as when the Instance agents arrived to set the unit.

The unit, which is the seat where Fashola should have expressed his vote, saw the electorate drip.

The unit, which had 1,355 registered voters, recorded only 213 voters who came to exercise their franchise. (Nan)
