Lagos Fire: Tinubu Condles with FIRS, UBA, Families of …

President Bola Tinubu has commissioned the families of those who lost their lives, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Tuny have Tunato Bank of Africa (UBA) Plc for the fire epidemic on Tuesday at the Afriland Building in Broad Street, Lagos Island.

The message was contained in a declaration by the President’s Special Consultant for information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

In Wednesday’s declaration, President Tinubu has extended his condolences to management and members of the staff of Afriland Properties Limited, Firs, Uba and in particular those who have lost loved ones in hell and the wounded who are receiving medical care.

The president praised the rescuers, including the federal firefighters, the first aids, the medical staff and the members of the public, for their rapid intervention, noting their profound sense of responsibility during evacuation.

Tinubu recommended more caution, training and supervision to avoid these emergencies in the future.

He prayed that omnipotent God received the souls of the deceased and granted rapid recovery to the injured.
