Liverpool striker Alexis Mac Allister has said the team is ready to fight against Manchester United in their next Premier League clash.
Mac Allister made this claim after the Reds beat Brentford 2-0 on Sunday to maintain their perfect start to the league this season.
Talking to him club websiteMac Allister said the win against Brentford sets them up for their clash with Manchester United this weekend.

“We know that against Manchester United it is a derby, it is very important for the club and for us. We will prepare during the week and do everything possible to win that match.”
We played a fantastic game. The team gave everything from the first minute, that was evident, and it was a good game. With possession and without the ball, it was good, so we are very happy.
“We know there is still room for improvement. In the transition we sometimes have to be patient, but instead we are quite direct, but we are in that transition (towards that style). Everyone is working hard to assimilate Arne’s ideas.”
