Gianpiero Gasperini has said that Auseo Lookman made Atalanta great after his score task in the 4-0 hammer of Sunday Juventus.
Lookman scored a goal in Atalanta’s dominant victory against the Bianconeri in the Allianz Arena.
The victory kept Atalanta right in the mixture in the race for the title.
Lookman was attributed to minute 80 and hugged Gasperini in the band line.
Both the player and the coach had been involved in a war war after the African player of the year lost a penalty against the Brugge club.
“When a group spends 300 days together in a year, people can have different points of view,” Gasperini said at a press conference after the game (through Football Italia).
“Lookman became a fantastic player when he improved his team’s perception. I used to have a more individual approach. He was not a bad boy, but he focused mainly on the individual.
“He made a great watchtower, and Atalanta made it great. I am convinced that it can be the captain before the end of the season. ”
