Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen were on parade for Atalanta and Napoli respectively in Saturday’s Serie A game.

The game marked Osimhen’s triumphant return from injury after being sidelined since October due to an injury sustained in a friendly against Saudi Arabia.

 

The striker marked his return in style by contributing a crucial assist for the winning goal in the 79th minute as Napoli left Bergamo with a 2-1 win.

Atalanta’s goal came from Osimhen’s Super Eagles teammate, Ademola Lookman, and it was his fourth goal in 13 league appearances this season.

Kvicha Kvaratskhelia got the opening goal for the Partenopei following a towering header in the in the first half.

With this victory, Napoli moves to third place in the league standings with 24 points, while Atalanta currently holds the sixth position.
