Madugu: The Super Falcons coach invites Nnadozie, Ajibade, Payne, another 20 for international friendlies against Cameroon

The leader of Super Falcons coach, Justine Maduu, invited a total of 23 players, including Captain Rasheedat Ajibade, the goalkeeper Call Nnadozie, the defender Michelle Alozie, the midfielder Toni Payne and the attacker Rinnsola Babajide, for the next two friendly games against the indomitable Leoons.

There are also defenders Osinachi Ohale, Oluwatosin Demehin and Shukurat Oladipo, midfielder Deborah Inhabitun and Jennifer Echegini and forwards Ifeom onumonu and Francisca Ordega.

The Falscons and the Lionesses will face the Remo Stars stadium, Ikenne-Remo on Saturday 31 May, before a second clash at the Mko Abiola sports complex in Abeokuta on Tuesday 3 June.

While the Falcons will use the games as part of their preparations for the 13th Women Africa Cup of Nations which takes place in Morocco, from 5 to 26 July, the Leonesse will use the games to stay in shape for future challenges, having not managed to qualify for the finals of this year’s women.

All 23 players invited to arrive at the AM2PM Hotel in Ijebu-Ode on Monday 26 May.

The nine times champions of Nigeria (they also won the two non -American competitions in 1991 and 1995) will clash against Tunisia, Algeria and Botswana in group B of the 13th woman AFCON in Morocco.
