The management of the University of Maiduguri is pleased to inform all staff, students and the general public that the Senate at its 315th meeting held on Thursday, 25th July, 2024, among others, reviewed the academic calendar of important dates for the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The Senate ordered, at the said meeting, that the university reopen on Sunday, August 4, 2024.

All academic staff are required to provide classes on Monday, August 5, 2024, please.
