Troops of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) have arrested a suspected Boko Haram logistics supplier, Garba Buda, in Borno State.
This 30 year old man is on the MNJTF wanted list for supplying logistics to terrorists.
Chief Military Information Officer at MNJTF Headquarters in N’Djamena, Chad, Lt. Col. Olaniyi Osoba, said in a statement on Friday that the suspect was intercepted in the town of Monguno following a coordinated intelligence operation.

He said items recovered from the suspect included lighters, a pocket mirror, a comb, a hat and a watch.
“The suspect is currently in custody and undergoing detailed investigations,” the spokesperson said.
Osoba also revealed that troops in a separate operation raided a Boko Haram hideout in Kukawa local government area of Borno State.
He added: “The terrorists fled the area and abandoned their logistics, which were later destroyed.”
