Nigeria’s equity market continued rally when investors recorded a profit of 1,691 trillion last week.
Last week, the equity market was obtained in four and lost in one of the trading sessions while sweeping the profit N1. 691 trillion in the process.
Market capitalization increased to N68, 399 trillion from N66, 648 trillion while the All-Share (ASI) index appreciated 2.54% to close the week with 108,733.40 points from 106,042.57 points recorded in the previous week.
Nigeria Equities Market continues to recover from a three -week -old defeat which was recorded in April by recording another profit trading session last week.
Market recovery is driven by strong performance from shares such as Multiverse Mining and Exploration PLC (Multiverse), Academy Plc (Academy), and Beta Glass Company (Betaglas) appeared among the ten best shares of the best performance last week, positioning themselves as stocks to watch on new weeks.
