Musk is worth $839 billion in the new Forbes list…

Elon Musk is the richest individual on record, with an estimated wealth of $839 billion, Forbes said on Tuesday, while a record 3,428 billionaires worldwide saw their combined fortunes reach an all-time high of $20.1 trillion.

Musk topped Forbes’ list of the world’s billionaires for the second year in a row after his fortune swelled by about $500 billion over the past twelve months, boosted by rising valuations for Tesla and SpaceX, which is targeting a public offering in 2026.
