Naira gets N0.95 against dollars in the official window

Nigerian currency, Naira, recovered to the US dollar on an official window on Thursday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1, 535.78/$ 1 compared to N1, 536.73/$ 1 which is traded on Wednesday.

This is the advantage of N0.95 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded in N1.545/$ 1.

Local currency obtained N10 against British pounds to trade at N2.100/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.110/£ 1.

It continues to close flat to the Canadian dollar to be traded in N1.200/Ca $ 1.

Naira obtained N5 against Euro to trade in ₦ 1,790/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,795/€ 1.
