Naira obtained N11.08 against dollars in the official window

Nigerian currency, Naira, recovered to the American dollar in an official window on Friday

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira was closed at N1.487.89/$ 1, compared to N1.498.97/$ 1 which was traded on Thursday.

This represents the appreciation of the N11.08 for local currencies against American Greenback.

Naira obtained an N5 against the dollar to trade at N1.525/$ 1, compared to the previous day level N1.530/$ 1.

Local currencies lost N10 to British pounds to be traded at N2.110/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.100/£ 1.

Naira closes flatly against Canadian dollars to be traded in N1.230/Ca $ 1.

N5 loss to the euro to be traded in ₦ 1,790/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,785/€ 1.
