Naira obtained N3.42 against the dollar in the official window

Nigerian currency, Naira, continued her recovery against the US dollar in an official window on Wednesday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1, 526.15/$ 1 compared to N1.529.57/$ 1 which is traded on Tuesday.

This is the advantage of N3.42 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded in N1.570/$ 1.

Naira, however, lost N5 to British pounds to trade at N2.170/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.165/£ 1.

Local currency closed flat against Canadian dollars to be traded at N1.200/Ca $ 1.

N10 loss to Euro to be traded in ₦ 1,810/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,800/€ 1.
