The Nigerian currency, Naira, depreciated the US dollar on the official market on Tuesday.
Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira declined to N1, 606.64/$ 1 compared to N1, 605.62/$ 1 which was traded on Monday.
This is the loss of N1.02 for local currencies.
In the black market, Naira lost N5 to the dollar to be traded in N1.615/$ 1 compared to the previous day level N1, 610/$ 1.

Naira lost N35 to the British pound to trade at N2.165/Β£ 1 compared to the previous N2.130/Β£ 1.
Canadian dollars still survive stable at N1.150/Ca $ 1.
Naira closed the flat against the euro to be traded in β¦ 1,800/β¬ 1.
