Musician Nigeria Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, has been declared to be sought by the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (Naptip) by allegedly raping adolescents and involved in cyberbullying.
The decision to declare Darlington’s Speed wanted to come after the controversial musician ignored formal invitations to appear at the Abuja agency head office.
A viral video in which Darlington’s speed is said to have claimed to have sex with a 15 -year -old girl is the reason behind naptip intervention. The singer was called by Naptip after the Lagos state government openly told the agency suspected of the crime.
Initially, Speed Darlington was scheduled to appear to be interrogated on Friday, May 30, at 9:00 in the morning at the Abuja Naptip Office. He allegedly asked for a delay for June 26 and failed to appear, quoting a previous commitment. However, Naptip refused his request, citing an urgent national significance.

Naptip thus issued the desired notification for Speed Darlington after he failed to comply with the revised date, asking anyone who had reliable information about his existence contacting the organization.
“Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, is sought in connection with alleged violations including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.
“Anyone who has credible information about its existence is immediately urged to contact Naptip. 07030000203 & 627. [email protected]“, The statement by the agency reads.
