Nduka Junior makes a debut in Erbil FC in the goals draw

The Nigerian defender NDUKA Junior officially made his first appearance for Erbil FC On Thursday, arriving halfway in a friendly match that ended in a drawless raffle.

The game marked the maiden excursion of the Captain of Super Eagles B since it was presented to fans earlier week after the completion of its medical and official presentation at the Iraqi club. Nduka, who joined Erbil FC after a successful spell with the Nigeria Premier Football League champions, Remo Stars, was introduced after the break and delivered a compound exhibition in the back, helping his new team to maintain a clean sheet.

The 23 -year -old is better remembered for capturing Remo Stars in his historic NPFL title in the 2024/25 season and also took the bracelet for the Super Eagles at Nigeria’s house in the African Nations Championship (Chan) 2024. His qualities and leadership consistency earned him respect in the domestic scene before ensuring his moving abroad.

In Erbil FC, expectations are high that their experience and defensive solidity will strengthen the club before the next campaign of the Iraqi Star League. The club’s technical team expressed its satisfaction with its first departure, noting that it was quickly installed in the team’s defensive unit despite joining the team recently.
