Neymar wounded minutes in the return of Santos

Brazilian football star Neymar Jr. suffered another devastating injury to just 34 minutes in his expected return to Santos in Brazilirão.

The setback, reported by the transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, adds to an increasing list of physical problems that have ruined the years of the twilight of his career.

“Neymar Jr leaves the field with a new injury while Santos started him tonight in Brazilirão. After 34 minutes, Neymar was subtracted,” said Romano on Wednesday.

This accident is the last of a series of accidents that have afflicted the 33 -year -old, putting further doubts about his ability to return to the top form. Neymar had recently interrupted his contract with the Saudi Arabia Al-Hilal Club in January 2025, putting an end to a short-term period marked with recurring injuries and limited apparitions.
