Nigeria, Cabo Verde, three others will drag FIFA from CAS if they do not deduce three points from South Africa

The last one has not been heard about the case of South Africa that suffers a timely deduction of the FIFA World Football Government body after presenting an inelegable player in his 2-0 World Cup qualifiers about Lesoth, reports Owngoalnigeria.com.

South Africa played Theboho Mokoena for 81 minutes against Lesotho despite the fact that it was supposed to be suspended after collecting two reservations in previous games.

Lesotho said they will not present a protest to FIFA because they failed to do it within the 48 -hour window provided to protest against any team, however, they expect FIFA to act accordingly and respect the rules of the World Cup qualifiers.

Previously, five teams, including Nigeria, found in the South Africa group, suffered a three-point deduction for presenting an inelegable player Shehu Abdullahi in his 1-1 draw against Algeria in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, without any protest of his opponent.

Algeria received three points and three goals, although he did not prevent Nigeria from reaching the World Cup. Before Togo suffered a similar destination in 2013 during the preliminary of the World Cup qualifiers when they presented Jacques Alexy Romoo in the 2-0 victory over Cameroon, which was supposed to be suspended from the game.

In the 2014 World Cup qualifiers, Ethiopia had its 3-0 victory over Botswana awarded against them after presenting an inelegable player in Minyahil Teshome Beyene, who was supposed to be suspended after collecting two previous reserves.

The result did not affect their place as winners of the group ahead of South Africa, but failed to reach the World Cup losing in the playoffs. The Cape Verde suffered more to present a player not eligible against Tunisia in the World Cup qualifiers.

They defeated Tunisia 2-0, but FIFA expelled for FIFA by defender Fernando Varela, who was sent in a previous qualifier six months before. The equatorial Guinea also suffered a similar destination with the top scorer of AFCon last year Emiliano Nsue.

FIFA made the equatorial guinea lose two games of World Cup classification by Fielding NSUE, which for the second time was not considered inelegable to play for them due to naturalization problems.

The entire previous nation can file a complaint against FIFA before the Arbitration Court (CAS) for injustice, if they do not apply the same punishment to South Africa for a similar crime, since they have not been changes in the rules that punished them.
