Nigerian government knows every terrorist by name and location, Gumi says (Video)

Islamic scholar, Sheikh Gumi, has made damning allegations, claiming, that the Federal Government of Nigeria knows every terrorist by their name and location.

The cleric made the allegations while speaking in a recent interview with DRTV, which started trending on Tuesday.

He was reacting to the question of why he couldn’t help the government end terrorism and banditry, because he knew and interacted with terrorists and bandits, and advocated for them.

According to him, his involvement with this group was not carried out alone but involved security forces.

The cleric also explained that in some of his actions, he visited traditional leaders and even traveled to forests where bandits were believed to operate.

In response, he said, “the government knows every terrorist by name and location. I don’t go alone to negotiate – I go with the police, military and other security agencies.

“I want to go to Emir. In fact, if we go to the forest, I will go with the woman into the bushes,” he said.
