NNL approves the Makwada stadium for Adamawa United’s home games

The National League of Nigeria (NNL) has granted the approval of Adamawa United to organize its home matches in the newly rehabilitated Makwada stadium in Numan, state of Adamawa.

After a period of playing his games at the first round house #NNL25 at the Pantami stadium in Gombe due to the inadequate facilities in his native state, Adamawa United will now return to Adamawa for his matches. The approval marks a significant milestone for the club and its followers, since they can now enjoy the advantage of the house in their own state.

The first game at the Makwada stadium is scheduled for the first day 9 of the NNL season, where Adamawa United will face Basira FC on March 29. The club will be anxious to capitalize on play in front of their local fans, since they press for strong performance in the league.

The approval of the Makwada stadium highlights efforts to improve sports infrastructure in the state of Adamawa, ensuring better conditions for players and fans equally. Team morals are expected to increase and create a more competitive atmosphere for its origin matches.
