The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has appointed eight new members in its senior management team, confirming the previous report of the Conclave.
The appointments by the Board of Directors of the National Oil Compaby consolidate the leadership structure pursuant to its chief executive officer of the recently appointed group and the Board of Directors.
The recently Constitution leadership team will work under the guidance of Mr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, who enters the role of CEO of the Group (GCare).

The key appointments are Rowland Ewubare as the group’s operational director, Adeadapo Segun as financial director of the group and Olalekan Ogunleye as executive vice -president, gas, Power & New Energy.
According to a declaration issued on Friday and signed by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd, Olufemi Soneye, the other appointments included Udy Nia as executive vice -president, upstream; Mumuni Danazau as an executive vice president, downstream; Sophia Mbakwe as executive vice -president, business services; and adhesua dozie as secretary of the company and Chief Legal Officer.
“All appointments are with immediate effect,” observed the declaration.
