NNPC generates N5.8TRN Revenue, N748 billion in April profit

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Limited) has announced that it has generated N5.89 trillion revenue and a profit net of taxes (PAT) of N748 billion in April 2025.

The NNPC Limited revealed it in his monthly relationship Summary for April, released on Thursday 12 June.

The report highlights the key statistics, including crude oil and condensation production, natural gas production, revenue, profits net of taxes and strategic initiatives during the period.

The NNPC Limited revealed that it has made legal payments of N4.22 billion between January and March.

The company said: “The production of crude oil and condensation has recorded an average of 1.606 million barrels per day (BPD) in April, while the production of natural gas was 7.354 million standard cubic feet per day.

“The availability of petrol at the limited nnpc detail stations recorded 54 % during the month in question, while the reliability upstream of the Pipeline was 97 %”.

In its strategic efforts, the NNPC Limited stated that the company has collaborated with the risk partners to accelerate the improvement of sustainable production.

The oil company has declared that it has completed the implementation of presidential directives and executive orders for its upstream operations.

The NNPC Limited listed some technical interventions on the Ajookuta-Kaduna-Kano-Kano (Akk) gas pipeline and the Obiafu-Obikom-Oben (OB3) gas pipeline to resolve the challenges of the crossroads of the Niger river.

He said that the OB3 gas pipeline project was completed 95 % in the month, while the Akk pipeline was completed by 70 %.

The NNPC Limited observed that the maintenance of turnaround (TAM) has been completed in various lease lease contracts (OML), including OML 18, OML 58, OML 118 and OML 133.

For the state of the refineries, the company stated that Port Harcourt Refinery Company (Phrc), as well as the refineries of Warri and Kaduna were currently being reviewed.
