The head of the Ondo State Soccer Association (FA), Otunba Dele Ajayi, will face a strong competition from Otunba DELE Eologbsee, Ambassador Henry Abiodun and the lawyer Remi Adetula in the highly anticipated elections of today’s FA.

Ajayi, a member of the Board of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), won the victory over Akin Akinbobola in the last elections after Oologbse retired from the race.
In the congress of February 18, the Ondo FA approved three voters delegates for the elections: the titular president, the association of coaches and the company of the referents. However, the electoral committee disqualified on Wednesday that the Association of Coaches voted, citing its breach of joining the FA.

DELE Eologbse, former secretary of the football agency of the State of Ondo and current president of the Akoko South-West Football Council.

Geopolitically, Oologbse and Adetula represent Ondo North, while Ajayi and Abiodun come from central ONDO. Ondo South’s crucial votes: Okitipupa, Irele, Odigbo, Image, ESE-OODE AND ILE-OLUJI OKEIGBBO) could determine the result.
In addition to the presidency career, Vice President’s position is being challenged by Yomi Ogunlala, Demeji Abimbola and Henry Akingboju. The battle for the positions of members of the Board in different senatorial districts is also willing to be disputed.
Aspirants of members of the Central Board of Ondo: Olagunju Isaac, Akinyelure Tokunbo, Adetoyinbo Ibukun and Akinbinu Babatunde.
Ondo South Board Aspiring Members: Babatunde Igbasan, Akindipe Akinsola and Orola according to.
Ondo North Board Aspiring Members: Teitayo Oladipupo, Mohammad Abiodun, Daodu Alexander and Aborowa Gabriel.
The local football council elections will take place from 10 am to 12 pm, while the state elections of the FA will begin at 2 in the afternoon at the disaster of police officers, Akure.
