Dear! This word may be best to capture the slogan for the 65th warning of our country’s independence. The Federal government launched, what might also be the slogan of the tongue-di-pipi, when revealing activities that will precede the celebration of the state’s birthday tomorrow. Nigeria gained political independence on October 1, 1960, in the midst of funfare and many hopes from Africa and the black world. The theme for birthdays that will peak tomorrow is “Nigeria @65: All hands in the deck for a bigger country”. This theme is designed to emphasize important places of unity, collaboration and patriotism ‘among government institutions, private sectors, civil society, and citizens in developing peace, prosperity and progress “.
As the government said, the theme underlines the need for collective efforts to consolidate past achievements and pursue greater national aspirations ‘under the new hope agenda’. That’s where ‘innovation’ ends. Other contents of the birthday package are normal, routine and run-of-the-mill. They include Friday prayers on Friday, September 26, at 1:00 pm; Inter-Dadi Automination Church Services, on Sunday, September 28, at 10 am; And the world press conference, on Monday, September 29, at 10 am during the ritual, and after they, our country will continue or return to its normal bloodletting routine, grind poverty, the indifference of the ruling elite to the fate of the citizens, unsafe, banditri, from school children, increasing the number internally internally. [IDPs] In a country that is not officially war, renewing despair, sadness, ‘japa’ syndrome [of youngsters and even adults] Voting with their feet by escaping from the country flocked, waste of rulers, capturing development, among other crimes.
Many previous rulers in our country, military and civilians, nearsightedness, nepotistic, and suffer from the vision of the tunnel. But the last 10 years from the Congress government of all progressive [APC] It has stand out as a sign and symbol of everything designed to put pressure on the country’s fault line. Former President, the late Major. Muhammadu Buhari [2015-2023] is a threat to the cohesion and unity of this country apart from the opposite claim. He has said with his own mouth in a foreign country that while he will be responsible as president, he will only look after those who vote for him during the 2015 presidential election. The statement that divides the country into 97% of positive voters, and 5% opponents [ignore the percentages that did not add up] becomes a state policy. The atmosphere of the country was violated and poisoned, but consolation for the victims targeted from the cruelty of Buhari which was stated publicly was that for eight years the country had experienced more things that were not present [not necessarily absence]and ‘non-government’. They are eight years of waste that dragged Nigeria back by, at least, one generation. During the media chat in December 2015 [the only one in his eight-year underwhelming reign]Buhari scolded the part of the country, asking angrily and indifferent “what Igbo did[s] want “? [1967-1970] Who killed the young man who was turbulent, their unarmed mother, and their siblings were separated from whether they were warriors or not. Under the line during his reign, he underestimated and doubted referring to the IGBO country as a point in the circle. The damned ruler has no time describing other countries in Nigeria in condemn, underestimated and insensitive requirements. The Buhari era may have been marked by ‘no government’, but he left the heritage of hatred and division.
If some Nigerians think that Buhari will be the end of a president who triggers hatred and division, then they do not take into account the arrival of his successor, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, also from APC. Even before he accessed the office and power, he had openly stated that his president was his own, and Joruba. Embedded in the slogan ‘Emi lo’ is selfishness, nepotism, corruption, division, division, among other crimes. And he lives according to that. The promise of meeting to a critical and sensitive public office as far as they made Buhari look like an internship and saints. To be fair for him, his appointment, unlike Buhari, did not promote the sectarian agenda. But it might be worse in his innocent appearance. His appointment created the impression of building loyalty that was cult and beneficial for a cult leader. It can be proven to be more dangerous and unsettling for this country at a critical time. Tinubu is uncontrollably in placing his name or letting his maid attach his name in public buildings, institutions and infrastructure, nothing he built in two years of his term of office for four years. His appointment for Joruba to offices was actually limited to the state of Lagos where he became governor from 1999-2007. And almost all recipients come from between his children who work for him as governor. Of course, there are some outfits from the group. They are frozen. Lamation has been rife in two years Tinubu so far including from his own people.

Buhari confirmed he mocked the Nigerians during his campaign for the re -election in 2018/2019 with his campaign slogan ‘Nextlevel’ which remained traced. Now Tinubu follows by mocking the Nigerians with the theme of the 65th anniversary of the country. If he does not mean to be cynical, how do you declare ‘all hands in the deck for a bigger country’ while your actions promote the exception of the Nigerian plot of the people? There are many examples of tinubu actions that are different from their calls so that all hands are in the deck to build a bigger country. Let’s illustrate with one. There is no national census in this country for about 20 years. The recipe is that the number of heads must occur in a country every ten years. Nigeria has nothing since the controversial and disputed census in 2006. The Buhari regime that is careless and failed to pretend to do one. No. And that can’t happen. If tried, the results will be a disaster. Just like the regime. Now the Tinubu regime is preparing the number of national heads. I bet that it also will not be able to give credible census before his term of office ended in 2027. By the way, he had put his thumb on the scale, so whatever census he did with the structure and personnel would now be controversial and the results will be full of enthusiasm and are justified in a debate.
Nigeria has 36 states and territory of the Federal Capital. Most of these countries operate based on six informal geopolitical zones, southwest, south south [in the southern part of the country]and northeast, northwest, and north center [in the northern part of the country]. This geopolitical zone is thin in law but is strong in the convention. As may be needed, the zone forms the basis for the appointment and allocation of resources from the central government when the state cannot be used. For example, each geopolitical zone has a regional development commission that is made, managed, and funded by the federal government in Abuja. Each commission is supported by the action of the National Assembly [NASS]. However, a few months ago this regime was the highest supervisory agency for the census which he said planned to do. And the regime showed his hand. So striking that even blind people will see the cunning intrigue and plot for the census. Members of the High Level Committee on the National Population and Housing Census are taken from three of the six country’s geopolitical zones. In fact, it doesn’t tell the whole story. The committee has three members from the north and five members from the south. Still the story is incomplete and the figures are misleading. In the north only two geopolitical zones represented by northwestern and north north. Northeast, the Vice President Zone, Alhaji Mohammed Kashim Shettima, was eliminated. The true story is in the membership of the committee from the southern country. The five members came from the southwest, the territory of President Nigeria, Alhaji Tinubu. Southeast is not represented. South south excluded. If this imbalance is not the basis for challenging the census and refutes the results, then what is it? In many countries, the census results form a strong foundation for resource allocation. No less in our country. Then how do you justify the exception of the critical segment of the country from the membership of a high -level committee that will oversee the population and housing census? But the exception of several stakeholders has become the standard tariff of this country.
If we are a serious person, we must look back angry when we celebrate our 65th birthday tomorrow. We have disappointed ourselves. We have failed Africa. And we have disappointed black people around the world. The countries we started [indeed we were in front of some of them] Since then leaving us. Nature provides our country with so many natural resources to make it the first world property, but we have consistently gave us ruler who is destroyed every time we have the opportunity to do it. We can entertain ourselves that we do not give us military junta respectively from the 1960s to the 1990s, but that will not be a legal reason to allow Nigerian destruction. In some other countries, citizens are known to have expelled bad military rulers. For elected leaders, except once, we have also shown ourselves unable to eliminate the rulers who failed in their first term but chose to hold fast to power by manipulating ballots. Hopefully we never continue to look for the future with sad hopes.
