Osimhen Set to Boost Recovery Efforts

Victor Osimhen is set to ramp up his recovery process starting in the middle of this month.

As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, Osimhen will commence an intense rehabilitation program next week, moving closer to a full recovery from his hamstring injury.

 

He sustained this injury to his biceps femoris muscle during Nigeria’s international friendly against Saudi Arabia on October 13, which has kept him sidelined.

The 24-year-old will work diligently to prepare for a potential return to the pitch in Bergamo, against Atalanta on November 25th, though it is not certain.

Unfortunately, Victor Osimhen he has been officially ruled out of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe later this month.
