In a bold initiative aimed at correcting the irregular migration, the upper chamber of the Nigerian National Assembly, the Senate, gave a large push to a next high -power event invoiced in London, the United Kingdom on September 9, 2025.

The Senate, under the guidance of the President of the Senate Illustrious Senator Godswill Akpabio, through the president of the Senate Committee for the environment, the distinct senator Olubiyi Fadeyi, approved the program.

The organizers of the program, Vivacitity Development and Codub Consulting Ltd, have declared that they were enthusiastic about the partnership with the Senate for the event, which should shed light on the gray areas on migration.

The event, tagged “the future of work: a bilateral approach to the reduction of irregular migration”, will take place at the prestigious Imperial College in London.

He will bring together politicians, development experts, academic, leader of the private sector and diaspora voices to create solutions that can be implemented to one of the current most urgent socio-economic challenges of Nigeria.

The program should allow Nigerian young people with the skills, opportunities and support systems necessary to be successful in their various Endavours and home fields.

Senator Fadeyi described the event as a fundamental “at a time when many young Nigerians consider migration as the only escape from economic difficulties. This initiative will encourage them to invest in an increase, unlocking the opportunities within Nigeria rather than abroad”.

Oluwakemi Ann-Melody Areola, CEO of Vivacity Development, said: “We must create a future in which young Nigerians see tangible opportunities in their country. This event concerns the change in narration by focusing on skills, innovation and economic inclusion”.
