PDP AND GOVERNOR OBASEKI IN PANIC MODE OVER EDO SAFETY NET.

He who lives in a glass house should not throw stones, is a popular saying that needs to be repeated for those who drunkenly grab and approach power as if they are the masters of the universe. Following the desperation of the obASUEki-led PDP governor in Edo State, the public has already been inundated with voice notes of the latest directive regarding the operations of the Edo Security Network. One of the voice notes ordered members to hide their weapons and ammunition for fear of arrest, while another stated that if arrested, there would be resistance. Yet, another indicated that if they staged checkpoints or stop-and-search operations, they should ensure that no less than five personnel were involved.

We have repeatedly stated that no matter how coded and subtle Governor Obaseki’s plans are, we will continue to decode them. We will continue to expose his lies, his evil plans and his dubious plans to the public, in the face of desperation to have Asue Ighodalo succeed him. We have more information than he understands. We have also handed over some of his plans to the relevant authority to act in time to prevent the bloodbath he is planning during the elections. We will continue to alert the public of Governor Obaseki’s evil plan to demean voters in the upcoming elections. While the APC is busy campaigning to woo voters, we have seen the PDP engaging in dubious and diabolical plans to subvert the will of the people. Those voice notes that are in the public domain are copious evidence of their plans to rig the elections using the Edo Security Network as a ploy.

We call on our members, stakeholders and members of the public to remain vigilant as September 21st approaches. We will continue to expose Governor Obaseki and his anointed godson on their plans to deny the people of Edo the right to elect their chosen candidate. Let them use code, sign language, echo-Charlie and other visuals, we will continue to intercept them and alert the public. The September 21st elections MUST be free, fair and credible to allow the people of Edo the opportunity to make their own informed choices. We call on the Inspector General of Police to act in time to save the people from a preventable bloodbath that the governor of Edo seems to have sworn to adopt.
