Police say men who violate the security protocol of Tinubu in Kaduna have a “mental disorder”

The Kaduna State Police Command said that on Friday people who violated the security protocol during the visit of the Tinubu Ball President to the state had “psychiatric problems.”

Command spokesman, Mansir Hassan, in a statement identifying the man as Umar Mohammed from Anguwan Muazu in Kaduna,

He said the man wearing a standard campaign shirt and brought a banner with a picture of the President and Governor of Uba Sani was accepted at the stadium as a supporter of the Congress of All Progressive (APC).

“The man was due to excitement, violated the protocol and jumped into a limited arena because he was curious to look closer to the President.

“The person was sought closely and no burdensome items were found,” the spokesman added.
