Striker Rasmus Hojlund and £52m signing Leny Yoro both picked up injuries in the first half.
Hojlund had put his team ahead in the 10th minute of the match.

Gabriel Jesus equalised with a controversial close-range finish in the 25th minute, before substitute Gabriel Martinelli broke inside 17-year-old rookie full-back James Scanlon to score the winner.
United eventually prevailed in a pre-arranged penalty shootout, with Jadon Sancho scoring the decisive spot-kick to seal a 4-3 victory.
There are now injury concerns in the Manchester United camp, with less than three weeks to go until the start of the new Premier League season.
