The defender of Monterrey, Sergio Ramos, has been fined by the Mexican Football Federation for criticizing referee Luis Fernando Santander.
Ramos was beaten with a financial penalty for his controversial comments against the referee after Monterrey’s 1-0 victory over Santos Laguna.
