Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited is destined to reveal its company brand at Nigeria Oil and Gas (Nog) Energy Week 2025, which will be held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Center in Abuja from 29 June to 3 July.
The presentation marks a decisive moment for the Renaissance, which emerged in March 2025 as an operator of the Joint Venture Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), following the $ 2.4 billion acquisition by Renaissance Africa Energy Holdings Limited Limited.
Speaking before the brand launch, the CEO and the CEO of the Renaissance, Tony Atth, said that “the Renaissance is more than a name; it is a bold declaration of intent. It represents a new era of Nigerian led energy leadership, based on excellence, sustainability and a profound commitment to national development.”
According to the Helmsman Renaissance, the company aimed to become the main energy company of Africa, allowing energy safety and industrialization in a sustainable way.
Ever since he hired the operation of the new Joint Venture Nnpc/Renaissance/Totalentergies/Aenr, the Renaissance has increased production to over 200,000 barrels per day, gaining praise to the Minister of Finance and coordination of the economy, Mr. Wale Edun, as well as by his partner Senior, National Petroleum Company (NNPC).
The Renaissance property base includes 15 lease lease contracts on the ground and three shallow waters (OMLS), including the two largest Nigeria export terminals: the oil and gas bonny terminal in the state of rivers and the Parko -Forcados oil terminal in the state of the delta.
The presentation of the brand at Nog 2025 will show the new identity, the mink, the fundamental values and the strategic direction of Renaissance to a global audience of politicians, investors and leaders in the sector.
The company logo, already launched at the beginning of this year, is described as a symbol of innovation, unity and ambition to be the main energy company of Africa.
“Let’s start this chapter with hope for a more inclusive, resilient and great impact future,” added Atth.
He said: “Our journey aligns with the priorities of the federal government to increase the production of oil and gas, deepen the Nigerian content and guide economic growth through energy”.
While Nigeria is positioned as a regional energy center, Renaissance’s emergency reports a generational change in the property, ambition and execution capacity anchored in local leadership and global standards.
