Justice Inyang Ekwo of the High Court Federal in Abuja, ordered the commission for economic and financial crimes (EFCC) to release socialitis and business woman, Aisha Achimugu, within 24 hours

Judge Ekwo also ordered that the parties refer to the court on May 2nd for the outcome of his order.

On Monday, judge Ekwo had ordered Achimugu to submit to the anti-innest agency in relation to an investigation in progress on the border with the recycling of money and other crimes.

Judge Ekwo also declared that following his appearance at the EFCC office, the Anti-Innesto Agency is to return and make an apparition before the court with her on Wednesday 30 April, for the relationship.

Recall that the EFCC arrested Achimugu at 5 in the morning. On Tuesday at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.

The EFCC is studying Achimugu on a case that involves conspiracy, obtaining money for false claim, money laundering, corruption and possession of reasonably suspected ownership of having been obtained illegally.

While had previously been arrested and questioned by the EFCC, it was issued on the administrative bail by the Commission.
